I wove the background for this pendant from 14K yellow and rose gold fill, which keeps the luster of solid gold but is much more affordable. My pioneering metal weaving technique finger weaves fine-gauge wire into a delicate fabric, which is then embedded behind black enamel and clear glass, resulting in unique visual depth and shimmering effects.
