Valentine's Day Jewelry That She’ll Love Year Round

The best Valentine's gift isn't the one that screams "February 14th." It's the piece she reaches for in March, June, and is still her favorite next January. These designs handle daily wear and pair with what's already in her wardrobe.

Goddess Wave Earrings in Sterling Silver

Long, slim rectangles with hand-textured waves that catch light without shouting about it. I make these from Argentium Sterling Silver—the low-tarnish kind of silver that stays bright even with regular wear.

At 2 inches long, they're substantial enough to notice but light enough that she'll forget she's wearing them.

Comfortable all-day wear • Nickel-free • Won't turn

Lapis Lazuli Circle Drops

Deep blue lapis framed by bright silver rings. The 8mm stones are natural—meaning real color variation, not dyed uniformity. I pair them with Argentium Sterling Silver that holds its finish.

These work as "blue jean earrings"—the go-to pair that handles both weekend coffee and work presentations. The concentric circle design gives them movement without requiring her to stand still to be seen.

Pairs with navy, gray, black, denim • Natural stone • Professional-casual versatile

Love Knot Jewelry Set in 14K Gold

This matching necklace and earring set eliminates morning decision fatigue. I handcraft these from 14K Gold Fill—a thick layer of real gold mechanically bonded to a brass core. It won't flake, peel, or wear through the way plating does.

The love knot design is traditional, but this version is scaled down to a work-appropriate size. The warm gold tone of this set is the perfect accent to any wardrobe.

Heirloom-grade material • Doesn't tarnish like sterling • Complete outfit solution

Woven Depths Pyramid Earrings

I handweave fine-gauge 14K yellow and rose gold wire into intricate patterns, then seal the woven metal behind glass pyramids. The shimmer comes from within—light hitting dozens of tiny woven wire surfaces creates depth that mimics faceted stone jewelry.

This is my museum-quality line (featured in Netflix's "Chambers"). The construction is architectural: metal stays protected, glass creates depth, and the overall effect is luminous without relying on gemstones.

At under 1 inch, they're detailed enough to reward close inspection but clean-lined enough for professional environments.

Handwoven precious metal • Protected construction • Unique to my studio

Why These Four

I picked pieces that span silver and gold, minimal and detailed, under-$100 and investment-level. Each one handles daily wear—the real test of whether jewelry was worth buying.

All are handcrafted in my Iowa studio using materials chosen for longevity: Argentium Sterling Silver and 14K Gold Fill. My goal is to make jewelry that lasts decades, not seasons.
